Dred Guest room 3: The Fultz Parlor

Guest Room Three:

The Fultz Parlor

In 1986, highly-successful Columbus divorce attorney Mitchell Fultz bought Walnut Fork as a retirement project.  Fultz had deep pockets and spent a great deal of money renovating the property.

Fultz chose to transform this upstairs bedchamber to a common sitting room.  This photo, taken for an advertising brochure for Inn's reopening, shows that room.

One morning in August 1986, Fultz fled the inn and never returned.   This photo, along with the other materials and completed brochures, were never picked up from the printers. The Inn never reopened to the public.

Guest writer Richard Cain is currently relaxing in the parlor.  Come on in and read his story "The Wreck."
